Liverpool fans make their feelings clear after Man City go 3-0 down to Tottenham

Liverpool fans have spoken out after Premier League rivals Manchester City went 3-0 down to Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium.
After a two-week international break, the Premier League resumed on Saturday, with Chelsea, Aston Villa, and Arsenal all in action.
Arsenal returned to winning form with a dominant 3-0 victory over an in-form Nottingham Forest. Attention then shifted to the Etihad Stadium, where defending champions Manchester City hosted Tottenham Hotspur.
In a surprising twist, Spurs raced to a 3-0 lead, with a two-goal advantage in the first half extended by a third in the second half. The result sparked excitement among Liverpool fans on social media.
One Liverpool fan posted, “Arne Slot is going to win the Premier League in his first attempt. You heard it here first.” Another joked, “Arne Slot rocked up, hit this pose, and Pep hasn’t been the same since.” Meanwhile, a more cautious supporter urged focus, saying, “We still have to win our game tomorrow regardless of the Manchester City result. Focus is key lads. One game at a time.”
Liverpool, who travel to St. Mary’s Stadium to face Southampton on Sunday, could extend their lead at the top of the table to eight points if City fail to stage a comeback.
The Reds will have another chance to widen the gap next weekend in a highly anticipated top-of-the-table clash when Pep Guardiola’s side visits Anfield.
