Trent Alexander-Arnold reaction says it all as Arne Slot lectures Liverpool ace after sub
Liverpool manager Arne Slot and Trent Alexander-Arnold exchanged words after the defender was substituted against Brentford. With the Reds leading 2-0, the right-back was replaced by Conor Bradley in the 72nd minute.
The 25-year-old seemed visibly displeased with being taken off and sat away from the rest of the bench after leaving the pitch.
However, minutes later, his manager approached him and appeared to have a serious conversation with the England star.
It wasn’t clear what the Dutchman said, and Alexander-Arnold covered his mouth as he responded. Even after Slot returned to the dugout, the player still looked unhappy, watching on with his arms folded.
