In a recent interview, Amorim remarked, “He has talent, but he needs to learn to play in a different position. He needs to improve his play in central areas.” Amorim went on to say, “He has made progress in his defensive work, especially when he doesn’t have the ball. However, sometimes this leaves him out of position for quick transitions, which is something he used to do well. I prefer to focus on defending as a team and then building our attack together.”
