Emi Martinez seemed visibly emotional after his final game at Villa Park this season, hinting at a potential goodbye. The World Cup winner was sent off in the final game of the season which was incidentally against Amorim’s side.

The report mentions that the Birmingham club might let him leave for a fee inbetween £30m-£34m. That is a transfer fee that Man Utd should be able to work with and it is definitely worth spending that money to bring Dibu to the club.

Emi would be a huge upgrade over Andre Onana, both in terms of quality and stature. He would add a lot of personality to the team and could emerge to be the leader that the team seems to be desperately lacking at the moment.
