Bruno Fernandes Shares Story of Paul Pogba’s Kind Welcome at Manchester United

Bruno Fernandes has opened up about his initial experience at Manchester United, telling a touching story about how Paul Pogba went out of his way to make him feel at ease. In an interview, the Portuguese midfielder commended his former teammate’s generosity and leadership, recounting how Pogba immediately took steps to assist him in settling into his new life in Manchester.

According to Fernandes, upon his arrival at United, Pogba came to him with a notebook and asked, “Where would you like to live? How much are you willing to pay? House or apartment?” Without hesitation, Pogba took it upon himself to help Fernandes navigate the process, making his transition much easier.

“I picked three places, and he said, ‘Okay, we’ll go see them tomorrow.’ Pogba is just that kind of person,” Fernandes shared, underscoring the Frenchman’s kindness and eagerness to help a new teammate.
