Liverpool
After what he did against Tottenham you think I’ll ever start him again in any crucial match, I have a reputation im trying to keep here in Liverpool and just one Player cant just come and ruin what I’ve done here!” Those were the words of Liverpool Coach Arne Slot to a Player who is said to be ruining games for the team.

**Title: The Fall of a Star**
It had been a long week for Liverpool’s manager, Arne Slot. The pressure was mounting after a devastating loss to Tottenham, and the blame was being pinned squarely on one player—Maximilian “Max” Rieder. Max had been a rising star, once touted as the next big thing for the club, but his recent performances were nothing short of disastrous. A string of errors, poor decision-making, and lackluster efforts had cost Liverpool vital points in their pursuit of the Premier League title.
Arne sat in his office, the walls adorned with the history of the club, the echoes of past triumphs ringing in his ears. The door opened, and in walked Max, his face a mix of determination and unease. He knew what was coming.
“Sit down, Max,” Arne said without looking up from the tactical board in front of him.
Max did as instructed, trying to hide the anxiety in his posture. He had always been confident, but the last few weeks had shaken him to his core.
After a long pause, Arne turned and faced him, his eyes cold, filled with disappointment. “After what you did against Tottenham,” he started, his voice steady but firm, “do you think I’ll ever start you again in any crucial match? I have a reputation I’m trying to maintain here at Liverpool, and just one player can’t come in and ruin everything I’ve built.”
Max’s heart sank. He had known deep down that his mistakes had cost the team, but hearing it from Arne hit him harder than he could have imagined. This wasn’t just about football anymore. It was about his future at the club—the future he had worked so hard for.
“You were out there, Max,” Arne continued, pacing now, “and instead of playing with the heart and intelligence that this team is known for, you were a liability. I gave you chances—plenty of chances—but against Tottenham, you lost us the game. And I can’t allow that to happen again, not with everything on the line.”
Max opened his mouth to respond, but the words caught in his throat. He wanted to apologize, to explain that he was doing everything he could to regain his form, but it seemed pointless. Arne wasn’t interested in excuses. He had seen the potential in Max, but also the cracks that were becoming too difficult to ignore.
Arne leaned forward, his gaze intense. “This isn’t about you, Max. It’s about the team, and the legacy of this club. If you can’t find your focus, you’ll have to find another place to do it.”
Max swallowed hard. He knew that his time at Liverpool could be over in the blink of an eye. He had been given opportunities that most players could only dream of, but now, it seemed like he was on the verge of throwing it all away.
“I’ll fix it,” Max finally said, his voice quiet but resolute. “I promise. I’ll work harder, I’ll make it right.”
Arne nodded, but his expression remained unreadable. “I hope you do, Max. But until you prove it on the pitch, I can’t afford to take any more risks. You’re not irreplaceable.”
With that, Max left the office, the weight of Arne’s words hanging heavy in the air. As he walked down the corridor toward the locker room, he couldn’t help but wonder if he would ever be trusted again. Would he find his way back? Or had his mistakes cost him his place in Liverpool’s history?
Only time would tell.
