Hansi Flick asks Barcelona for an impossible deal in January, by contracting a sudden alternative to Mark Casado in the middle line of the Catalan team
The results of the Catalan team recently sounded the alarm inside Catalonia and the German coach is seeking to break this impasse that threatens the entire team season by strengthening Barcelona’s ranks with some elements next January.
The technical director of the Barcelona Club asked the club’s administration, headed by Juan Laborta, to contract a heavy-caliber deal in the next winter transportation period.
Hancy Flick, after disappointing results in the last matches of the Spanish League Championship, believes that the team needs distinct contracts next January.
According to journalist Tony Juanmarty, who revealed through the Catalan newspaper “Sport ” that Barcelona coach, Hansi Flick, clearly set his priorities regarding strengthening the squad in the winter transition period.
The journalist stated that the priorities include hiring a defensive hub player with strong physical capabilities, to enhance the team’s tactical diversity and give Casado the opportunity to rest and avoid exhaustion due to the intensity of the matches.
The journalist stated that one of Flick’s favorite options is to contract Leon Goritska, a Bayern Munich player, but the financial circumstances make the possibility of strengthening the Catalan team in January almost impossible, which requires the German coach to wait until the summer of
2025.
