UTD needs good defenders who read the game, defend setpieces, (like Vidic n Rio) and start the play from there. The midfield is slow in it’s transition of the game from defending into attacking, Utd also lacks a play maker in the mould of Rooney, and a ball passer in the mould of Pogba/Scholes ,a grafter like Keane who can change the complexion of play. Upfront, only Dialo causes havoc to defenders, Garnacho is wasteful n selfish most times. And generally, Utd lacks that fighting spirit.
