Las Palmas stunned Barcelona with a 2-1 victory on Saturday during the 15th round of the Spanish League. The defeat leaves Barcelona with 34 points at the top of the La Liga table, just four points ahead of Real Madrid, who have two games in hand and could overtake them with victories.

Spanish outlet *El Nacional* reported that Brazilian winger Raphinha, one of Barcelona’s standout performers this season, was deeply frustrated by the team’s recent struggles, including the loss to Las Palmas. Raphinha reportedly voiced concerns over goalkeeper Iñaki Peña’s performances, suggesting that coach Xavi should drop him in favor of a more reliable option like Wojciech Szczęsny to safeguard Barcelona’s title ambitions.

While Raphinha holds high regard for striker Robert Lewandowski, he also criticized the forward for missing key chances in recent games. He urged Xavi to consider benching Lewandowski when his form dips, emphasizing the need to address underperformance to avoid jeopardizing crucial matches and the team’s success.
