Lamine Yamal wins Golden Boy award, official announcement
Lamine Yamal is set to be announced as the 2024 Golden Boy winner, reports Diario Sport’s Toni Juanmarti.
The 17-year-old will be able to pick the prize up in person at the gala in Turin, Italy, on December 16.
Pau Cubarsi was also shortlisted for the award – the centre-back is likely finish in the final top 5.
The previous winners are Jude Bellingham, Gavi, Pedri, Erling Haaland and Joao Felix.
