Liverpool might be willing to entertain offers for their long-time goalkeeper, Alisson Becker, at the end of the current season, as reported by *Football Insider*. This potential move is said to be influenced by the recent signing of Giorgi Mamardashvili, who is set to join the club after his loan at Valencia. Mamardashvili’s addition has raised questions about Alisson’s future at Liverpool.

Although the club previously rejected offers from the Saudi Pro League, they may now be reassessing Alisson’s role in the team. The 32-year-old Brazilian has faced ongoing injury problems, affecting his availability in recent seasons. Over the past five years, Alisson has missed 40 matches due to various injuries, which has led to concerns about his long-term reliability. If a significant offer comes in, Liverpool might consider letting him go.

Alisson isn’t the only important player with an uncertain future at Liverpool. Mohamed Salah, in the last year of his contract, has been linked to a possible move to Major League Soccer (MLS), with San Diego mentioned as a potential destination. Additionally, right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold is reportedly attracting interest from Real Madrid. These transfer rumors are emerging even as Liverpool performs well on the field, complicating the situation for the club.

Regarding Alisson, his contract runs until 2027, giving Liverpool the upper hand in negotiations should they choose to sell. He has been crucial to Liverpool’s successes under manager Jurgen Klopp, contributing significantly to their achievements in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League. His goalkeeping skills and leadership have been essential for the team’s defense.

However, Alisson’s recurring injuries and the prospect of bringing in a younger, highly-rated goalkeeper like Mamardashvili could lead Liverpool to consider a sale. While Alisson is among the best goalkeepers when fit, his recent limited availability has raised concerns for the club. As Liverpool navigates potential changes in the squad, particularly with interest in other key players like Salah and Alexander-Arnold, they may seize the opportunity to profit from Alisson if a substantial offer arises.
