The youth program at Manchester United continues to excel, with the U17s showcasing their prowess by decisively defeating Middlesbrough.

Under INEOS’s leadership, the club is prioritizing the development of young talent, particularly by recruiting promising players aged 16 to 18 for the Carrington academy. The tradition of cultivating homegrown talent remains strong, with over 250 academy graduates having reached the first team. The current group of young players is poised to enhance that legacy.

Currently, the club features a pool of exceptional talent, with several players recognized as some of the finest in the country. One notable addition is Chido Obi-Martin, who transferred from Arsenal.

In their most recent match, the U17s demonstrated their high potential with a commanding 6-1 win.

Amir Ibragimov stood out, scoring two goals, including a particularly impressive one. He has now registered eight goals in his last five matches across U18 and U17 competitions, sparking speculation about a potential senior debut this season.

He was not the only exceptional player; thirteen-year-old Bassirou Nkoto continues to shine, showcasing maturity beyond his years and establishing himself as a significant prospect. Additionally, recent signing Samuel Lusale made an immediate impression in his debut by providing two assists. Other goal contributors included Dante Plunkett and Victor Musa.

These impressive performances from the U17s highlight the wealth of talent emerging from United’s academy, suggesting a promising future for these young stars.
