After much anticipation, Enzo Maresca has finally delivered some bad news to all of the Chelsea supporters backing him.

Chelsea’s press conferences this season are bound to be somewhat chaotic due to the Thursday night matches.

Enzo Maresca is expected to hold his Friday press briefings following the Conference League games, with the embargo lifted that afternoon.

Last night’s conference wasn’t particularly noteworthy, but the coach did share his perspective when asked if he was intentionally trying to “bring calm” to the club amid the turmoil. Maresca was quite straightforward, stating that he simply ignores external distractions since he can’t control them. “I don’t care about it.”

“I prefer to concentrate on what I can control,” he said plainly.

He mentioned that he was already focused on today’s training session. Ultimately, this is exactly what we hope for from a manager, and Enzo is excelling in this regard.
