Kelleher managed a clean sheet against Bournemouth, reaffirming his status as one of the best backup goalkeepers globally. He made several crucial saves at Anfield, contributing to another clean sheet for his team.

The Reds have now achieved four clean sheets in five league matches, with their only conceded goal occurring against Nottingham Forest at Anfield.

Alisson raised concerns with a recent Instagram post showing a recovery device designed to enhance blood circulation in muscles, aiding athletes in injury recovery.

This situation is alarming for fans, especially since the club has not provided updates regarding the severity of Alisson’s injury.

While Kelleher is a reliable second-choice goalkeeper, the team is eager for Alisson to return to the starting lineup soon.

In the upcoming midweek match, Liverpool will face Julen Lopetegui’s West Ham United in the Carabao Cup, with Kelleher starting once more, a decision that would have been the same even if Alisson were fit.
