Barcelona
Barcelona’s coach Xavi has affirmed their plans to allocate £50 million for the acquisition of a 22-year-old standout from Bayern Munich. The player is reportedly seeking a transfer this summer due to limited opportunities on the field.

Barcelona is prioritizing reinforcement for their left flank in the upcoming summer transfer window, recognizing a deficiency in natural wingers in that position.
With players like Ferran Torres, Raphinha, and Lamine Yamal favoring the right side, and even Joao Felix not fitting the mold of a traditional wide player if his signing becomes permanent, Barcelona is actively pursuing an outright winger to enhance their options on the left wing.
Despite Nico Williams of Athletic Club signing a new contract with a substantial €50 million release clause in December, Barcelona remains vigilant in monitoring him as a potential target. Additionally, they are exploring cost-effective solutions, with Bayern Munich’s Bryan Zaragoza emerging as one such option.
Zaragoza, a 22-year-old winger, moved from Granada to Bayern Munich during the January transfer window. His adjustment to Germany has been challenging, primarily due to language barriers, resulting in limited playing time. Since joining Bayern, Zaragoza has only seen 35 minutes of action on the field.
With Bayern Munich poised to name a successor to Thomas Tuchel as manager at the season’s end, Bryan Zaragoza’s future with the club hangs in uncertainty.
Should the incoming coach not envisage Zaragoza fitting into their plans, Barcelona might contemplate the prospect of securing the Spanish international on loan.
Prior to his transfer to Bayern, Zaragoza exhibited promising form in La Liga, tallying six goals and two assists for Granada in 21 league appearances this season.
Given his previous success in Spain, Zaragoza could provide Barcelona with a valuable temporary option should they opt to pursue this avenue further.
Ultimately, Barcelona’s stance on Zaragoza will hinge on Bayern Munich’s managerial appointment and whether the new coach deems the winger integral to their future strategy.
Should Zaragoza become available for a loan arrangement, Barcelona could capitalize on his talent and familiarity with La Liga to fortify their left flank for the upcoming campaign.
