A billionaire from the Arab region has successfully acquired a 25% stake in Manchester United – the deal is now complete.
As speculations regarding the acquisition of Manchester United continue, supporters anxiously await to discover who will assume control at Old Trafford in place of the Glazers.
The conclusion of the Glazer family’s tenure at United appears imminent, as a full sale of the club is anticipated in the initial quarter of this year. Recent revelations indicate a substantial interest in United from potential buyers in Asia, the Middle East, and the USA. According to the report, these bidders are preparing to publicly declare their aspirations to take over as the new proprietors of England’s largest and most successful football club.
British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe is poised to submit an official bid for his childhood club. Another source indicates that Dubai is currently displaying the most significant interest in United and is firmly in a leading position. The source affirms, “We can confirm that the strongest interest is coming from Dubai.”
“Nevertheless, Qatar and a new bid from Sir Jim Ratcliffe are on the horizon. Dubai aims to finalize this deal at the earliest for a complete sale.”
“As mentioned previously, the deal has not been finalized.”
Apart from the mentioned parties, Singapore and China have also expressed interest, although any bid will need to surpass what Dubai is prepared to offer.
The assertion about Dubai’s interest coincides with another claim suggesting that the reason for Manchester United losing their Saudi shirt sponsorship is due to the interest from Dubai.
