Paulo Dybala, the Argentine forward, netted 115 goals in a seven-year tenure with Juventus before making a switch to Roma last summer. There are now indications that he might be on his way to the Premier League.

Paulo Dybala, the standout player from Roma, has spoken out amidst rumors surrounding a potential transfer to Chelsea.

The Argentine World Cup champion, who earned a cult hero status during his seven-year stint at Juventus, made a free transfer to join Jose Mourinho’s team a year ago. During his time with the ‘Old Lady,’ the 29-year-old secured five Serie A titles.

Last week, Dybala added fuel to the transfer speculations by sharing a photo of himself and his partner at Wimbledon. Following that, he attended the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday. Chelsea’s center back, Thiago Silva, who was also present at the F1 race, confirmed discussing a potential move with Dybala. Silva expressed his interest, stating, “I’ve asked Paulo Dybala if it’s true that he’s coming to Chelsea but he didn’t answer.

He’s a top player, he’d be a massive signing for us — I’d like it.”

Since taking charge at Stamford Bridge, Pochettino has been actively reshaping the team, releasing several players and bringing in Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson. Pursuing the former Palermo player wouldn’t significantly impact his budget, as Dybala’s contract includes a release clause allowing him to join a non-Italian team for just £10 million.
